WHAT IS THE PROCEDURE OF ORDER?

Once you are done with the Selection of your watch, you can place the order by checking out, and reach out to the Support by Clicking on the Chat Icon on the bottom right. 

Our Chat Engineer would be answering your queries if any, otherwise would be sharing the Payment details. Once the payment is confirmed. The watch would be going through the Manufacturing procedure for around 5 to 7 working days. Once it is completed, the QC would be performed which takes around 2-3 days. The customer is provided the QC videos and images of his/her watch. Once the customer gets satisfied, only then the shipment is processed via FedEx which takes 5 to 7 days to reach the parcel at your door step.

WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?

If you are not satisfied with the product, then you can return it within 14 days of receiving the Product.

You have to return the product at the address we provide you once you initiate the Return Policy.

The cost of return shipping is entirely on the Customer.

If there are any issues with the product, and the customer wants to replace then the shipping would be divided btw customer and us.
Like customer would be bearing the cost at one end, and we would be bearing it vice versa.

Before buying, please carefully choose the product or size in order to avoid the return.

The return process can take month or so.

I AM NOT ABLE TO FIND MY WATCH

If you are not able to find the watch you are looking for, please ping us on LiveChat or Email us. It is not possible for us to list 1000’s of model of each company. So we have inventory which we share with the customer on chat personally. Feel free to ping us with your requirements, we would love to assist you with it.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

After your payment is verified, it takes up to 5 to 7 working days to manufacture and for the shipment it roughly takes 7 days to reach the door step of yours. This does not include weekends or holidays. Purchases made after 11 am PST will not be shipped out until the next business day.

I NEED TO CHANGE ORDER. HOW CAN I DO THAT?

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.

IS THERE A WARRANTY?

Our has a limited warranty that covers manufacturer’s defects for six months after the original purchase date. Basically, if the watch parts or mechanics don’t work properly, and it’s our fault, we will repair or replace your product for free. The customer needs to ship the watch to our location. (Customer bears the shipment charges for one way only.) However, this does not cover any abuse you might put your watch through on your own. The warranty does not cover water damage, normal wear and tear, batteries, accidental glass damage, scratches, strap damage, or theft. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims and service requests, so please keep your receipt. 

WILL I HAVE TO PAY INTERNATIONAL TAX AND DUTIES?

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes. However, this is just a general guideline and may vary depending on the country to which the order was shipped. You should contact your customs office for specific amounts and percentages.

Dino Luxury Studio cannot control and is not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information. Note, in rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages.
